• YOU SHOULD DO THE FORM FILL for an appointment (i.e. don't hand the customer the form to complete themselves...it helps prevent mistakes)

• Service area is north of Bloomington, into southern MI (anywhere within 1.5 hours drive of Fishers or South Bend)

• Pitch NEXT DAY (or next 3 days) appointments before offering full availability

• DO NOT double enter an appointment as a contest lead

• Verify phone numbers

• Make sure to pitch the 30 day price match if customer books appt far out on schedule
